Shield is the right plan for most homes and offices. The division of labour is simple: day-to-day watering stays with you, because it takes a minute and you are already there. Everything that needs training — diagnosis, pest treatment, feeding schedules, soil chemistry, knowing when a yellowing leaf is nothing and when it is the start of a problem — is ours.
Gardeners arrive on a fixed cadence, work through every plant in the space, and leave a photo log so you can see what was done without being present for it. When a plant cannot be revived, replacements are supplied at cost.

Shield or Total Shield?
Both keep your plants healthy. The difference is how much you want to do yourself, and what happens when a plant reaches the end of its life. Under Shield you water and replacements are at cost. Under Total Shield we water on schedule and anything that dies under our care is replaced free.
